i stay in this comfy hotel every time i'm in puerto varas, because staff and rooms are first class. all in all it's clean place, they have exceptionally comfortable beds.

There is hair in some places.

We think we totally recommend to anyone. Comfortable place for a weekend in Puerto Varas! A great selection restaurants to eat close by, like resto bar kutral that was only 5 minutes' walk away. Location was within 10 min walking distance to Playa Puerto Varas;))
